Our garments are made from all-natural fibers, so proper care will help them last longer. For best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. To keep your clothing looking its best, we recommend laying it flat to dry.

We’re working on offering international shipping and hope to have it available soon! In the meantime, if you’d like to place an order from another country, please reach out through our contact page, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please ensure the item is in original condition to qualify for a full refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Underwear cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Undyed Lyocell is naturally white, while cotton tends to have a natural off-white or cream color. This is due to the different fibers' structures and how they are processed. Lyocell, made from wood pulp, results in a bright, pure white, whereas cotton retains a slightly more natural hue, reflecting its raw state. Both are free from harmful dyes and chemicals, keeping the fabrics as natural and safe as possible for your little one’s skin.

TENCEL™ is a brand name for a type of lyocell fiber produced by Lenzing. Both TENCEL™ and lyocell are derived from wood pulp, making them natural and eco-friendly options. The main difference is that TENCEL™ is a trademarked, sustainably produced lyocell that adheres to strict quality controls.

While TENCEL™ cannot be classified as organic—since it’s derived from wood pulp rather than agricultural crops like cotton—it is known for its environmentally responsible production. TENCEL™ is made in a closed-loop process that recycles nearly all solvents and typically sources wood from sustainably managed forests, ensuring a safe, soft, and eco-friendly fabric for your skin.
